PROBLEM:
While at Bedrock Brands, a brand design consultancy, I worked extensively on the re-branding of Jiffy Lube, a nationwide automotive maintenance franchise. In addition to the color scheme, signage, wayfinding, new build and existing structure architectural redesign, I was given the opportunity to develop a portable customer service station.

OPPORTUNITY:
Jiffy Lube wanted to be viewed as an honest, customer friendly facility in an industry where credibility was sometimes questioned. With the male and often forgotten female clientele in mind, I developed a customer service greeting station with soft curves and easy identification.
